About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting
- Adhere to established treatment protocols and guidelines
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to evaluate patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Experience with various physical therapy modalities
Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
