Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Grangeville, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2+ years of recent rehabilitation experience.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Idaho.
• Pass required background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Idaho.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
