Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required; candidates with 1 year of experience may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Current state PT license or compact license required — license must be in hand at time of consideration
• Active BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Licenses required if applicable — all certifications and licensure must be submitted for consideration

Pay
