Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,485 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado.
• At least one year of experience in outpatient rehabilitation therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using rehabilitation equipment and technology.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
