Outpatient clinic setting
Patient population includes adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Common conditions treated include Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-operative back pain, disc herniation, fractures, generalized low back pain, meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries (surgical and non-surgical), total joint replacement, carpal tunnel syndrome, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and TMJ dysfunction
Vestibular, Parkinson's disease, CVA, and concussion cases are optional

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Fall risk assessment experience required
• DE PT license required if applicable
