Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,465 per week

Schedule

• Working four 10-hour days per week, weekdays will vary, with no weekends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license for Colorado.
• At least two years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior outpatient experience is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
• Out-of-state agencies must register in the Colorado Client and Consumer Unit (CCU) system and specify their out-of-state status in multiple locations.
• Ensure the correct Social Security number and date of birth are entered in Medefis to avoid onboarding issues.
