Schedule
- Working four 10-hour days per week, weekdays will vary, with no weekends.
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license for Colorado.
- At least two years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Prior outpatient experience is advantageous.
- Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
- Out-of-state agencies must register in the Colorado Client and Consumer Unit (CCU) system and specify their out-of-state status in multiple locations.
- Ensure the correct Social Security number and date of birth are entered in Medefis to avoid onboarding issues.
