About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Cades, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2+ years of recent experience in rehabilitation.
- Must hold a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Pay
