About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Keene, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-time PT rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills

Pay
- Pay rate range: $46.75 - $55.25 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Pay package includes an 8-hour shift and 8 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
