Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,375 per week
Job Summary
Evaluate patients, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and return to community activities. Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and promoting safety and quality of care.
Position Description
- Evaluates assigned patients
- Develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician directives
- Responsible for delegation of discipline-specific therapy services
- Ensures design of functional treatment programs
- Acts as an educator for patients, families, and staff
- Demonstrates organizational values and compliance, emphasizing safety and quality of care
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current CPR certification
- No minimum experience required
- Location in the outpatient setting
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred
Schedule
Shift time is Days, with 8 hours per shift, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
