About the role
Provide outpatient physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions at Select Medical Outpatient Rehabilitation (BSW OP – Terrell) in Terrell, TX. Work closely with physicians and the rehabilitation team to help patients regain function, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Work Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Select Medical Rehabilitation Clinic
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Promote safe, effective, evidence-based patient care.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by state or facility)
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Experience with EMR documentation

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
