The LeadStat Clinic - Physical Therapist position is available for a 13-week contract starting June 29, 2026, in Woodstock, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to adult patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a full-time Physical Therapist
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current State Licensure
• Current relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
