About the role
Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Sparta, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
