About the role
Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Surprise, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses.
- Work in an Outpatient setting.
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Requirements
- Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
- Active State License
- Supervisory Professional References
- Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
Qualifications
- Experienced Physical Therapist with at least one year of recent orthopedic experience in an outpatient setting.
Skills
Strong, recent orthopedic skills.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
