About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Medford, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and guidelines.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Oregon.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,220.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
