Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,220 per week

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Grant Pass, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Knowledge of various physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,220.00

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
