About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Medford, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting
- Adhere to established treatment protocols and guidelines
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess patients' physical capabilities and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments
- Evaluate patient responses to treatment and adjust plans accordingly
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and sports medicine conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with outpatient physical therapy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
