Job Description & Requirements
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops treatment plans focused on patient discharge within established length of stay.
Documents medical records clearly, accurately, and promptly, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and insurance requirements.
Participates in student programs and provides a positive learning environment for students.
Creates individualized professional development plans and pursues continuing education actively.
Adheres to state practice acts and maintains professional licensure in good standing.
Demonstrates awareness of organizational performance improvement initiatives and follows through with action plans.
