Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week travel contract in Colebrook, New Hampshire. In an outpatient setting, the therapist will manage treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for outpatient patients.
• Promote positive clinical outcomes across a variety of diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state Physical Therapist license.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check.
• One year of recent outpatient experience preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 30 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
