Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,726 per week

About the role

As a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive therapy services in an outpatient setting. Your role will involve evaluating and treating patients, utilizing routine outpatient PT equipment, and working closely with a dedicated team. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on patient care and collaboration among staff.

Start date: September 21 2026. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel (full‑time, 36 hours/week, 12‑hour day shifts).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in an outpatient setting.
• Treat patients using routine outpatient PT equipment.
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system (ReDoc).

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with the EMR system ReDoc.

Pay

Compensation is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Flexible schedule consisting of three 12‑hour day shifts per week.
