Requirements

• Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• 2-year American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) residency in HIV
• 5 years of direct HIV patient care demonstrating medication management
• Pharmacy license from Texas State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for same
• BLS certification
• HIV/HCV trained clinical pharmacist with BCIDP or AAHIVP board certification
• PGY2 HIV/HCV residency or PGY2 Infectious Disease residency with focus on HIV/HCV

Schedule

• Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday with 1-hour lunch
• 40 hours per week
• Onsite, seeing 14 patients per day as a mid-level provider
