Requirements

• Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• 2 year American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) residency in HIV
• 5 years of direct HIV patient care that demonstrates medication management
• Pharmacy license from Texas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible for same
• BLS certification
• HIV/HCV trained clinical pharmacist (BCIDP or AAHIVP board certification and a PGY2 HIV/HCV residency or PGY2 ID with focus on HIV/HCV residency required)
