Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited pharmacy college
• 2-year ASHP residency in HIV/HCV or qualifying infectious disease specialization
• 5 years of direct HIV patient care experience involving medication management
• Texas pharmacy license or eligibility for Texas licensure
• BLS certification
• Required HIV/HCV-related board certification and specialized residency credentials
