About the role
Medasource is seeking a travel Outpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Hood River, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Position will float between units.
- No is on-call required.
- No weekends required.
- Block schedules are required.
- Expected ratios are 1:20.
- Must have outpatient infusion experience; OR LIC.
- 48 hours are not approved.
Requirements
- Type of facility: Critical Access/Level III Trauma Center.
- Total staffed beds: 25.
- Parking cost: No fee.
- Shift info: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00).

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
