Travel Outpatient Pharmacist - $2,518 per week

Medasource is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Hood River, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in an inpatient setting.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient response to medications and report any adverse effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure medication safety and efficacy.
• Document patient interactions and medication administration accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing.
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy preferred.
• Knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams.
• Current DEA license.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
