Nightingale Nurses - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Jacksonville, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients with a variety of conditions in an outpatient setting
• Assessing patient needs and developing treatment plans
• Documenting progress and communicating with other healthcare providers
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and insurance requirements

Requirements

• At least 1 year of outpatient PT experience required
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Active Illinois PT license (or already applied)
• BLS certification required
• No weekends, no call, no floating
• Cerner experience preferred

Qualifications

• Experience with pelvic health/pelvic floor treatment of both male and female patients
