Travel Outpatient Hand Occupational Therapist - $2,206 per week

Zack Group is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Salem, Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license and at least 2 years of recent OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements

• Current Resume
• Active or Pending State License as an OT
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for OT
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
• Pass background/urine drug screening

Schedule

This is a 4x10 days, 08:00:00-18:00:00, 10.00-4 position in the OT.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
