Travel OR RN - Scrub/Circulate - $2,346 per week

About the Role

The Clinical Nurse is a vital member of the surgical team, responsible for both circulating and scrubbing roles. The services provided encompass a range of specialties, including general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain management, and endoscopy. Our nursing staff delivers specialized care across these services in an environment focused on outpatient procedures, with limited inpatient care. The Surgical Services department features:

• 2 operating rooms
• 1 procedure room

We cater to a patient demographic of adults and geriatric patients, specifically those ages 16 and older.

Responsibilities

• Perform both circulating and scrubbing duties in the operating room
• Deliver specialized nursing care across general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain management, and endoscopy services
• Provide Phase I/PACU care

Schedule

• 4 days per week, 8-hour shifts (days)
• Weekend call: 1 weekend per month, with a one-hour callback time
• Weekday on-call: 2-3 days per week, with a one-hour callback time
• 32 hours per week guaranteed
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/12/2026

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of nursing experience
• Demonstrated experience in both scrubbing and circulating roles
• Experience in a smaller operating room facility
• Phase I/PACU experience required
• Experience with multiple surgical procedures
• Mandatory cataract experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
• Must have a vehicle for transportation, as public transport is unavailable
• BSN degree preferred
• Travel experience is highly preferred
