Requirements

- AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross BLS certification (required)
- Skills Checklist specific to Operating Room Nurse, scrub/scrubbing (required)
- Driver's License (required)
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date (preferred)
