This position requires a qualified candidate with specific experience in orthopedic and neuro operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and coordination of surgical procedures. Provide direct patient care in the operating room. Monitor patient status and respond to any changes during surgery. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Work Schedule This position requires availability for weekend and weekday on-call shifts. Nurses will work four 10-hour shifts per week and will be required to cover every 4-5th weekend as well as one weeknight on-call shift. Experience Requirements Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience in an operating room setting, specifically with orthopedic and neuro procedures. Certifications Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) Additional Information Holiday coverage is required, and performance expectations will be monitored closely.
