About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Operating Room position in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. This is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week on evenings.

Specialty and schedule

• Specialty: OR – Operating Room
• Shift: 8-hour evenings, 14:45 – 23:15
• Start date: 09/28/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide optimal patient care
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols
• Be available for on-call shifts as required
• Participate in training and orientation as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience; 3 years preferred
• Active RN license in Maryland or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Robotics experience is mandatory; Da Vinci experience is a plus
• Previous charge experience is preferred
