About the Role
Xplore World Agency is hiring for the Travel Operations Coordinator position. This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports travel planning, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, itinerary, and booking workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support booking, reservation, itinerary, traveler-service, or travel-operations tasks.
- Maintain accurate traveler, booking, schedule, supplier, and service records across approved systems and shared workflows.
- Research or verify travel options, availability, requirements, or service details and organize findings for clear decision-making.
- Communicate confirmations, changes, exceptions, and next steps professionally with travelers, customers, suppliers, or internal teams.
- Resolve routine travel-service issues using documented procedures and escalate complex changes while preserving a clear activity record.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform travel operations work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace.

Pay
Base compensation: $42,000-$68,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
