About the Role

This Travel Operations Coordinator role is based within a Philippine travel agency and tour operator specializing in domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The position focuses on travel planning and service coordination, ensuring clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions in travel operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate travel operations with suppliers, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of a Philippine travel agency and tour operator.
• Document travel operations with status tracking, maintaining traceability and ownership for all tasks.
• Maintain reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring timely updates and coordination.
• Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability in travel operations.
• Coordinate quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
