Travel Operations Coordinator
About the Role
The Travel Operations Coordinator specializes in travel planning and service coordination for wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support. The role ensures that travel operations are executed with precision, maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions within a travel-focused, operations-driven environment.
Operational Priorities
- Coordinate travel operations with suppliers, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
- Review and track role documentation (e.g., G Spa Travel S.A.S.) with status updates, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Document reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all travel operations.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and preventing downstream rework.
Decision-Making Standards
Strong travel operations coordination ensures that travel planning and services remain usable under the specific demands of the role’s focus areas. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear ownership, and repeated errors must be identified before they escalate.
Key Competencies
- Confidently apply G Spa Travel S.A.S. workflow context and travel planning tools in the specified operational environments.
- Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
- Exercise sound judgment in follow-ups, particularly when relying on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
The role-specific handoff test ensures that workflow context, status tracking, and follow-up signals are current; if not, the work remains open.
