About the role
Strengthen decision-ready analysis across personalized cruises, groups, weddings, honeymoons, multigenerational trips, lodging, transportation, and activities. The day-to-day focus is travel operations analytical review within multigenerational travel support, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.
Responsibilities
- Own the Travel Operations Analyst workflow by validating source data before analysis.
- Coordinate the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
- Review the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
- Maintain the workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
- Track the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
Role Fit
- Use Report Automation and Cruise and Group Operations confidently in analytical reviews.
- Apply Data Quality practices without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Wedding Travel Coordination decisions clearly for team reference.
- Exercise sound judgment in Status Reporting, escalating issues when necessary.
Expected Contribution
Quality is demonstrated when decision-ready analysis is accurate enough for others to act on, and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
