Travel Operations Analyst

About the role

Support leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support, with particular attention to decision-ready analysis. The day-to-day focus is travel operations analytical review within leisure booking support, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.

Responsibilities

• Track the Travel Operations Analyst workflow by helping the team document calculations and assumptions.
• Own the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
• Coordinate the workflow by validating source data before analysis.
• Review the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Maintain the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.

The practical outcome is dependable decision-ready analysis: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Qualifications

• Use Root Cause Analysis and KPI Tracking confidently in travel operations analytical review.
• Apply Status Reporting without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Report Automation decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
