Operations Analyst

About the role

TRISTAR is seeking two dedicated Operations Analysts to join our team in supporting our government customer at NSWC Crane. These in-person positions are based on the base, requiring a commitment of five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assess large sets of data and provide meaningful insights to the Gov customer based on their specific metrics
• Monitor, report, and track CASREPs through completion
• Aid with deconflicting CASREP parts requests
• Aid with scheduling Battlegroup assessments
• Aid with daily Fleet Support meetings
• Review documents for proper formatting

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Power BI
• Prior Navy experience is a plus
• CAMP or PMP is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
