Job Details
- Position: Certified First Surgical Assistant in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Location: 1086 Franklin Street, Johnstown, PA 15905
- Shift: Days, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/03/2026
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2+ years of scrubbing and first assisting experience in open heart surgeries including CABG on and off pump, robotic, and laparoscopic lungs.
- Certifications: Must hold valid certifications necessary for surgical assisting roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Experience with open hearts, robotics, and laparoscopic procedures.
- Float: Float to main operating room when no cardiothoracic cases are scheduled.
