Travel Operating Room Technologist / First Surgical Assistant - $1,815 per week

About the role

The Certified First Surgical Assistant (Specialty) position is located in the Salt Lake City area. This role involves supporting surgical procedures within a cardiac unit, requiring hands-on assistance and adherence to hospital policies. The position offers an opportunity to work in a busy surgical environment with a skilled team. The assignment starts on 10/19/2026, lasts 13 weeks, and requires 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

Required:

• Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA or CFA)
• At least 2 years First Assist experience
• Comfortable working in the main operating room
• Experience with procedures such as general surgery, urology, gynecology, spine, neuro, orthopedic, robotics, and vascular surgery

Preferred:

• Additional experience in specialized procedures or certifications
