Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - $3,300 per week

Job Summary

Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse position available in Hyannis, Massachusetts. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care through all phases of the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The OR RN will be responsible for administering medications, overseeing patient responses, guiding ancillary staff, and maintaining professional standards to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Schedule

Days, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week. On-call required for off-shift, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• One year Operating Room (OR) experience
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must read, write, and communicate in English
• Use of lead apron required
• Demonstrates proficiency in the nursing process, patient documentation, and clinical assessment
• Serves as a charge nurse and resource person for staff education and patient care
• Maintains current knowledge of techniques, regulations, and safety policies
• Participates in department activities, including staff supervision and material management

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
