The role involves circulating and scrubbing, with responsibilities across a variety of specialties including trauma, neurology, orthopedics, and robotics, utilizing advanced surgical technology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records and have prior experience in a hospital or medical center setting. Job Details Certifications, Education and Experience: Iowa/IA license or multi-state license, BLS (AHA), 24 months of current operating room experience, familiarity with EPIC electronic medical systems within the past 3 years, trauma level I experience highly preferred, trauma level II experience required, no first-time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within the past 15 months. Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Job Responsibilities: Support across multiple campuses, float across all hospital units, participation in orientation sessions on 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23. Requirements include experience in general, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, neurology, orthopedics (primarily trauma), gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, ENT, and vascular cases. Submission Requirements: Candidates must have a 24-month current operating room experience, active Iowa/IA license, and provide references from within the past 24 months. Float: Float rotation may be required.
