Travel Oncology Registered Nurse - $1,908 per week

About the role

The inpatient Oncology unit in Racine, Wisconsin, is seeking a chemo certified oncology RN for a Days shift working 12's as needed with some weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients for side effects and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Chemo and Biotherapy certifications.
• At least 2 years of oncology nursing experience.
• Experience with inpatient oncology settings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation and scheduling.
