Travel Nurse RN - Oncology - $1,902 per week

About the role

An oncology nurse provides and supervises nursing care for cancer patients. They monitor patient condition, administer medications, and educate cancer patients about treatment options and particularities of the disease.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient health and safety
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in oncology nursing preferred

• Passport required for international assignments
• Willingness to travel
• Flexibility to work irregular hours

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with an ASAP start date and a duration of 13 weeks.
