Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel job in Montesano, Washington, starting on 09/28/2026. This is a 16-week contract position in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of Washington or in the immediate process of obtaining it

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 5x8 Days schedule
