Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care plans.
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
- Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Occupational Therapist (OT).
- SNF / LTC experience required.
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.
