Travel Occupational Therapist SNF/LTC - $2,037 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Vermont to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

About the role

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance. The position offers a 5x8 days schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a SNF / LTC environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of Vermont.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

• Shift: 8 hours, days (5x8 days schedule).
