Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of Centra Healthcare into their job performance, delivering OT services in a SNF/LTC setting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- SNF/LTC experience required.
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice (Washington).
Qualifications
Must be an experienced Occupational Therapist who is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining OT licensure in the state of Washington.
