About the role
This role involves providing occupational therapy services within skilled nursing facilities. The position is a shared role between Linden Grove and the Washington State Soldiers Home, with a schedule consisting of three days at Linden Grove and two days at the Washington State Soldiers Home.

- Delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to patients' needs in a skilled nursing environment
Requirements
- Current licensure and certification as applicable
- No minimum years of experience required
Schedule
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- End Date: January 2, 2027
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
