Required Qualifications
- Comfortable treating hand patients
- Able to fabricate custom splints ordered by physicians
- At least 6 months of hand therapy-specific experience
- New graduates are accepted
Job Details
- Patient Ratios / Productivity: 4050 patients per week (approximately 10 patients per day)
- Evaluation Times: 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
- Treatment of combination of surgical and non-surgical hand therapy patients
- Experience treating workers' compensation patients preferred
- No Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) or work conditioning required
- Adult orthopedic hand caseload with occasional post-Cerebrovascular Accident (post-CVA) hand therapy patients (less than 2% of caseload)
