Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and participation in daily activities for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current, valid KY professional license as an Occupational Therapist.
