About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Limon, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a geriatric setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-time Geriatrics experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Colorado.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
- Pay rate range: $41.94 - $49.57 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
